Lancaster has launched a new line that addresses skin burnout. Now I understand that the skin also suffers from stress and fatigue, which can be visible, and that's why it's quite nice if we can just tackle that with a jar and a cream.
What does it promise?
It promises to tackle signs of skin fatigue. We've heard that before, but Lancaster explains it logically. The skin is under a lot of pressure, has little time to recover from the hustle and bustle, is exposed to many stimuli, and is actually working 24 hours a day just like any busy woman. This manifests in spots, imperfections, a dull complexion, and roughness. You don't want that, because it reveals your state of mind. Skin Therapy addresses this by optimally nourishing the skin and tackling signs like dark circles and spots. They are light and fresh products that work in the long term, but also give a boost in the short term.
The test
Josselin: “The Lancaster line consists of various products. A day cream and a richer cream for different daily needs of the skin, an eye care that works against fatigue, and a Correct & Blur Concentrate that immediately makes the skin look more radiant and even. I tested that last product. I actually quite like primers and blur products because they create a perfect layer on the skin that tightens and evens everything out. You simply apply this after your day care. You can use it all over your face, but I use it around the eyes, nose, and chin. I really felt the need for the product there. It has a sort of matte finish with color pigments that immediately make imperfections less visible, but it ensures that the skin still radiates. So it looks super well-groomed, but it also feels nice. Not heavy and covering, but very fresh and soft. Optionally, you can apply a foundation over it, but I didn't do that because it wasn't really necessary anymore. Now that I've tested this product, I'm very curious about the rest of the line. To be honest, my skin looks like it could use a little boost, and with New York in sight next week, that would be very welcome. This is definitely going in my bag.‘
