17 QUICK QUESTIONS FOR MILJUSCHKA WITZENHAUSEN

Let me start by saying that I have been a fan of Miljus for years. Her humor, down-to-earthness, and especially the absurdly appetizing recipes she manages to concoct every time. I had the best yogurt of my life in her kitchen because, yes, she has quite a knack for filling her guests up right away. Do you hear me complaining? Yesterday was the launch of her second book ‘Lekker Miljuschka’ and HELLO, I am in the acknowledgments. Check here the proof. So I did a little dance, pulled out my bucket list to put a big fat line through the section In the book acknowledgments from a cool person and I can now die peacefully. You understand that.

Anyway, just a little glimpse of the festive launch: the glasses clinked, there was laughter, speeches, and - duh - tasting. And in all the hustle, I quickly pulled Miljus aside for a mini-interview. Because we are of course super curious about what she will conjure up for Christmas, what she last paid for, and which dish from the book will blow everyone away. Ready? Here we go!
