6 X YOU BETTER CONCENTRATE
It is sometimes a serious problem. I can be happy if I can sit concentrated behind my computer for an hour. Without looking at my phone it, without taking a little walk, without chatting, without DOING ANYTHING ELSE. Rigorous measures must be taken as the deadline approaches and I do it like this:

Make a big box where you throw your phone in and give that box to someone else. Really, without a phone it already makes a big difference.

Isolate yourself for a while. Especially if you work in a busy office, you can quickly get distracted by chatter (I certainly do). Go sit in another room and DO NOT take your mobile with you.

Use the SelfControl program. With it, you can specify exactly which sites should be blocked for a certain period of time. Facebook, Nu.nl, Net-A-Porter; those kinds of sites get a very big error if you try to surf to them.

Shout very loudly that no one is allowed to talk to you, so you really can't be disturbed. Light the candles, it makes you calm.

Plan something fun that you will do after work. Or think of something nice to eat.

Headphones, for some people it helps a lot. Just listen to music without singing.
