To be precise, tonight he will be scratching tunes on our Amayzine Look Of The Year Awards and we are very curious to know how he will deal with his hangover tomorrow.

Almost weekend! Have you had a busy week?

‘My week was very relaxing. Celebrated the weekend, the whole house is spring-cleaned, we celebrated a quarter century of a friend, just one more day of work today and then it's time for a party!’

Today you kick off the weekend with us. You are spinning at the Look Of The Year Awards. What kind of tunes are you bringing?

‘That's still a surprise, but they will sound good anyway!’

And what about tomorrow: sleeping in?

‘After the party at your place, I have more fun planned, namely two other parties where I will be spinning, so there won't be much sleeping tonight, haha! I'm also not really into sleeping in, but tomorrow I will be at my parents’ place and they have a couch where I will take a nice afternoon nap.’

What do you do on Sunday?

‘During the day I work at Denham and then I crash on my couch. I finally got it yesterday and I’m going to enjoy it thoroughly on Sunday.’

What does your weekend outfit look like?

‘Jeans, T-shirt, and a pair of sneakers. If it's cold, I'll add a sweater. It's not a very challenging outfit, but I can always dance wonderfully in it. I always say wear clothes that make you feel good!’

What does your ideal Sunday look like? Anything goes!

‘Feet in the sand, behind the turntables with dancing people in the sun. A bowl of fruit, drinks, and keep going until it's Monday. It's time for summer to come!’

Where do you find your peace, time, and inspiration?

‘I actually find peace in doing things, being busy with my music or reading a book. I can completely immerse myself in what I'm doing at that moment and forget the world around me for a moment. When I'm done, I feel nice, relaxed, and fulfilled.’

What kind of music do you listen to on the weekend?

‘Disco, my great love. The music that always makes me happy and I can't stop moving to.’

What’s in your glass while spinning?

‘While spinning, you can make me very happy with a beer, but if my stomach is literally too full of it, I do enjoy a vodka-orange juice.’

What time does the alarm go off on Monday?

‘At half past eight, he kindly goes off and then it's getting up, showering, coffee, and a cigarette, and then my day can begin!’
