Fashion dilemma of the week

HOW DO I INCORPORATE MY BIKINI INTO MY OUTFIT?

And which bikini suits my figure?

It’s summer and with summer comes the beach, the sun and the perfect bikini. From the sand in-between your toes to sipping on cocktails at your favorite beach club; these are the days that you don’t want to have to worry about what to wear. But unfortunately that never works because you want to look as good as you can with your newly tanned skin. And finding that perfect bikini can be a struggle too. I’m going to tell you which work best for your shape and how to incorporate it into your perfect beach look. Because one this is for sure: life is better at the beach. In a bikini.

The classic female figure is the hourglass figure. You’ve got curves and you should show them. Luckily you’re able to pull off a lot of different types of bikini’s. A halter top or a triangle bikini accentuate the exact spots you want to accentuate.

”The power is to create curves.”

Not blessed with natural female curves but you are muscular? Odds are you’ve got a rectangular figure. The power is to create curves. Think of a bikini top with circular lines, patterns and fringes and rushes.

Broader shape and slim legs? Then you’ve got more of an apple shaped figure. Go for a fitted bikini. It’s essential you work with bold prints and colors and big shapes.

If you’re pear shaped, you’ve got small shoulders and more volume around your butt and legs. Go for bikini bottoms with a cut-out detail around your waist. The small cut out will take the accent away from your hips. Add a bandeau top with cool ruffles and you’re good to go. It adds the balance.
