Fashion dilemma of the week

This is how to make your camping outfit glamping-proof

Whether or not a glamping hut is on the agenda during your camping adventure with these tips, you will at least look like this while lighting a campfire or chilling on your inflatable flamingo in the pool. Because okay, camping isn't super luxurious, but it's very cozy and fun. And believe me: after a weekend, a week, or maybe even longer at the campsite, the enjoyment of good wifi access and being able to sit on a normal toilet is enormous. Camping makes you appreciate what you normally have even more. And sometimes that's pretty good. Anyway, back to camping. For the ladies who prefer not to spend an hour setting up lines or arguing with your partner, there is a great invention and also a survival tip that is super handy to use upon arrival: the two-second tent. This tent can be fully set up in a few seconds thanks to a super smart system. Very easy, and the more time you have to drink cocktails in the sun.

”So be creative. Go for dresses, ripped jeans, shorts, and cool jackets”

Cotton-jersey top €126,- Chinti and Parker via Net-a-Porter Denim shorts €19.99 H&M Headband with bow €5.99 H&M Sunglasses €135,- Sun buddies via My Theresa Sandals €75,- & Other Stories Shopper €1,980,- Fendi via My Theresa

Your clothing, you don't want to think too long about it while camping. There's no wardrobe, so standing in front of the mirror for half an hour to check out three different looks is definitely not going to happen. So be creative. Go for dresses, ripped jeans, shorts, and cool jackets. As fun as some summer dresses are, white, lace, and ruffles are really better left at home. Stains will appear in no time, and as the diva who constantly cleans stains and gets her heel stuck in the ground, you don't want to be reminded of that after the first vacation with your in-laws.

”And, not unimportantly, shoes that can get dirty”

Go for sneakers and sandals. And, not unimportantly, shoes that can get dirty. Furthermore, you can make it a bit easier for yourself by bringing extra accessories. They make a basic outfit really cool and don't take up much space. Just keep them in a small bag, as this prevents you from having to rummage through your tent every morning for that lost earring. Also, there probably isn't much time at the campsite to spend an hour in front of the mirror with your straightener. So go for a casual look. With a high bun, messy ponytail, or beachy braid, your hair will look perfect every day with minimal effort.
