FIRST HOT YOGA SESSION

I know, I'm one of the last ones to jump on this trend. ‘Everyone’ has been doing it for years, ‘everyone’ is addicted to it, my first art director at Marie Claire had the most beautiful figure thanks to good genes and a bi-weekly yoga session in tropical temperatures, but somehow I never got around to it. Hot yoga it is.

Afraid of sticky hair (sorry) and maybe even a little scared of becoming addicted because how often would I have to wash my hair then. That's why I've never gone. Not in six years.

But now I had a OneFit pass (great initiative) that allows you to train at many gyms. Whenever you want. So I decided to step out of my comfort zone and booked a hot yoga class. Turned out to be close to the office too. How convenient.

For an hour, I did all sorts of complicated poses and sun salutations. Yogis find this completely easy, but I'm a beginner. What I particularly enjoyed about the class was that it gave a relaxing yoga feeling, but we also worked hard on our abs.

This makes me want more. And the nice thing is that with OneFit I can also try many other sports.
Do you want to try hot yoga like I do? As a member of H&M Club, you can now get a OneFit pass and work out for half the price in the first month.
