HEALTHY SHIZZLE

If you, like me, get a bit hyper from coffee (a bit is an understatement), but still feel like having something to drink with a bite, then this is your drink. You can drink it hot or cold, and it's packed with healthy super spices.

Ingredients:

250 ml almond milk (or soy or coconut milk)

5 half walnuts

4 dates

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cardamom

pinch of nutmeg

optional: 1 tbsp maca or 1 tbsp guarana for the energy boost

Throw everything in the blender and press ‘blend’. Add more dates or agave syrup if you don’t find it sweet enough. Heat it up if necessary, but actually, it’s a bit nicer cold.
