The past few days, Lilian and I were in London. In case you missed it (which is hard to believe, but if so, no worries), just take a look here, here and here for all the reports. You’ll also immediately know what happened. It can be summarized in three marathons a day where we saw the coolest it-girls pass by, hundreds of street style parade ponies, and high-fived with Alexa Chung. But there was more. Much more. Maybe we sometimes rushed a bit too hard through our marathon. But you can read about that more here. At a calmer pace. Much better.

A pair of Crocs

Spotted during the Christopher Kane show. Crocs. Indeed. From hospital shoes to front row material.

Inflatable bananas

Saw during the Charlotte Olympia show. A show inspired by Josephine Baker with her banana skirt and which was further a Brazilian party.

Followers

Poppy Delevingne has. And she might be the most spotted VIP during London Fashion Week. Jessica Hart follows with 243K followers and Eva Herzigova has a mere 132K. Oh yes, and somewhere in the 3813th and 3814th place come Josselin and Lilian with about 6000 and 1100 followers.

So many Instagram posts have appeared in total. Just at the Topshop Unique show, there were 15,604.

There have been a total of on the Topshop Unique show. That’s quite a lot compared to Burberry, where they had 415,300. But hey. We are happy, because Lil and I were both there.

So that was Social Media’s Rising Star. Okay, honestly: we had never heard of her. But during the Topshop show, everyone really jumped on her, so we had a suspicion that she was a character. And what turns out: a rising star. How do you achieve that? Just be everywhere. And tweet about everything. And Snapchat. And Instagram. And actually not see any shows, but just be there.

Pound

That is the amount of English pounds in revenue for London Fashion Week. I think I contributed quite a bit to that. For example, the two glasses of Chardonnay for 70 pounds at Sketch. Just saying.
