I know that I am in an editorial office where happy & healthy is pretty much the company motto (I’m more happy than healthy, you know). And yes, I also know that I have a vacation coming up where a flat stomach is desired. But still, I really dislike exercising. Jet is really trying to get me to work out, and now I have yet another nice person standing in front of me who is making me think a lot. This is Ashley Samwel, founder of Girls Love Healthy and Fit Twenty Six. As a personal trainer she keeps all of Amsterdam fit. And I hope that I can soon be added to that list. At least there’s a nice and handsome person chasing after me, and I have an example to work towards.

Well, Ashley then. She owes that beautiful body to herself, but the rest we can just buy. The jumpsuit is from H&M, the shoes are from Ibiza, and the hat is a vintage piece. Alright, Ashley, will I see you soon?
