5 REASONS why I will get you to the gym

We all know it; days when you just really don't feel like going to the gym. Your couch or bed is just so comfortable and outside it’s getting cold. You’d rather just turn over for a bit in bed or flop down on the couch, but you promised yourself yesterday that you would work out today. What now?

Exactly – I am your savior in need, because with these five reasons you will still pack your gym bag and head to the gym!

Reason one:

Think about the feeling during and after working out, it’s so nice! Once you’re there, it actually goes by itself. You feel much better after working out, especially if you really didn’t want to go. It gives you a sense of pride.

Reason two:

Keep thinking about your end goal. If you want to achieve this, you really have to hit the gym and not skip it time and time again.

Reason three:

Taking a gym selfie and posting it on social media is always fun. This way you show others that you’ve been working out and the nice comments under your photo will motivate you even more. Plus, you also motivate your followers and readers. Two birds with one stone.

Reason four:

Progress. Last week you managed to do one pull-up, now onto two! This only works if you keep practicing; so off to the gym!

Reason five:

Very busy, stress, too much on your mind? Sweat it out! Sometimes you might dread it, especially because you have so much on your mind, but afterwards you’ll see that working out really helps. It’s a way to clear your head. Sweat out your frustration and start fresh tomorrow.
