MAY'S CHOICE
It's time for shoe shopping
I don't consider myself a bad mother, but there are a few areas where I go incredibly wrong. Multiple, because every year I do it again. Study days are such a weak spot and it always will be because it just doesn't occur to me (and to a lot of fellow mothers) why these days can't take place during the holidays.
Another #fail in my mothering career was buying shoes on time. I hate terrorising a shoe shop with three kids (because they do, it brings out the wildest in them), so I kept procrastinating until we got to the stage of blood and blisters. That's not true, of course, but I have to spice it up a bit, don't I?
“So I kept procrastinating until we got to the stage of blood and blisters.”
But hope came into my children's lives when Omoda came into my life. They showed me AND how to measure my children's proper size (look here but just for a moment, so turns out to be super easy), ánd have the cutest selection of whatever you want. Sandals, ballerinas and flip-flops in summer and now these seven are in my favourites list.
Bring on the rain, with those Bergstein boots you actually feel like it. Or how do you find those booties with the straps? My eldest daughter is quite style-conscious, so for her I automatically choose the same ones from last year but two sizes bigger. For my youngest, I bought the Mid-calf bootie with fringes (which, by the way, are very pretty gold on the inside, which makes her very happy) at the Omoda store in Den Bosch and they were sent to my house in a giant luxurious way. Short boots from Ugg his favourite and I have been ogling that one for years cool booties with the star, so I ordered that one too. In case they find that a bit much, I have another something subtler added. And Minnetonkas are always right now.
And you know, hey: you can return them for free to exchange and ordered today before 10pm, is on your feet tomorrow.
