Happy & Healthy

YOUR HOUSE SMELLS JUST AS GOOD AS YOU DO

I'm really a sucker for scented candles. Thanks May, but that addiction you really talked me into and taught me. I once received a Dyptique candle as a gift from May, my very first, and once you get a Dyptique candle, you're spoiled for life. Since then, I light a candle every day. A scented candle. It makes me incredibly happy.

Because scented candles not only blow away the smell of a stinky fridge or litter box, they also create an incredibly nice and relaxing atmosphere at home. Feeling a bit stressed? Light a scented candle next to your bed and your worries disappear immediately. In-laws visiting and your house is a bit messy? Light a scented candle and it all seems much different.

But honestly: it's quite a shame to spray an entire bottle of Chanel on the sheets or in the room. Really a shame, because the scent lingers longer on your skin and often dissipates in a larger space. A scent in the house often lingers longer, so you can enjoy it for longer. And, believe me: even if it costs a bit more, it works. For the litter box, for your stress level, and for your in-laws.
