The most popular baby names of 2016
The end of the year means, of course: time for lists. This time regarding the cutest population of our country, namely: babies. 2015 was still a year in which parents decided it would be fun to name their child Surprise, and even Ruig, Helder, My-Son, Dikshit and X’Jeàneyshá-Treángelys (I kid you not) came by. Nice, right, such parents. Not. But fortunately, there were also plenty of Emma’s and Liam’s born. Those were the two most popular baby names from 2015.
And this year? Emma and Liam are still on the list, although they have dropped a few places and Liam is no longer in the top 10. Make way for the most popular names for kids from the past year:
