THIS IS HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR GYM SESSION

Even if you don't feel like it

I know, you don't always feel like going to the gym and you really don't have to drag yourself there every time to the gym to go. Of course, I would love to tell you that the feeling afterwards (when you actually went) is wonderful. Especially if you've been going strong for an hour, without too many distractions. There are tricks to get the most out of your workout, to be able to sustain it for a long time, and most importantly, to enjoy it. You don't even have to go for a full hour; you can also be done in 45 minutes. I'll tell you how.

1. Avoid the busiest hours. Many people get distracted by that and then you might be too focused on how you look.

2. Go workout with someone you know; it's great for your motivation and a good push to get you going. By the way, it shouldn't be someone who talks too much.

3. Make a super fun playlist and pop earbuds in your ears. That way, no one can disturb you.

4. Make sure you've eaten before you go. Starting on an empty stomach is unpleasant, especially if you already didn't feel like going.

5. Keep drinking. Make sure you always have a large bottle of water with you. Drinking water also gives you energy.

6. Book a group class instead of training by yourself. Then someone else will get you to work, there's nice music, and you're doing it together.

7. Download a fun app with exercises. That way, you can also keep track of what you've done, and that is motivating.

8. Challenge yourself; it's fun. Pick up a slightly heavier weight, set the treadmill a bit faster, or jump even longer with the jump rope. Bet you can do it?
