This blouse is one of our summer favorites. A little cropped, but not too revealing. And those ruffles always do well. With this blouse, you actually don't need much more. Wear a nice basic skinny underneath or go for a denim short. Personally, I would go for the second option with the super nice weather ahead. Dear people, I'm talking about a messy 30 degrees here. Finally summer!
