a short house of cards update

Bye Bye Frank, from now on House of Cards is all about Claire Underwood. In case you missed it for some crazy reason: the very last season of House of Cards is continuing, but without the man who made it so popular: Kevin Spacey. But hey, no worries, because coincidentally (and mega conveniently) the fifth season ended with Robin Wright, Claire that is, looking into the camera and saying: ‘My turn’ and that is exactly what is going to happen.

The last season, this time with only eight episodes instead of the standard thirteen they had, is completely focused on the new female president. House of Cards had become a bit of a problem child for Netflix, because how do you wrap something up without the man who had the lead role for five seasons (it is also unknown how they exactly worked him out)? Ted Sarandos, the chief content officer at Netflix, said the following about it: ‘We were really excited we could get to an agreement, to provide closure of the show for fans.’

So #ClaireForPresident, and preferably also in real life please. Dahaaag Trump.
