brad finally speaks

Check out the latest cover of American GQ: Brad Pitt is back and looking mighty fine. Are we all a bit over the break-up between him and Angelina? The most important question remains: what will happen to their vineyard? But I think, after reading his interview with the magazine, that Brad won't be found there anymore anyway. He is for the first time open about everything that is going on in his life after his break with Angie. Including his alcohol problem. You ready?

 
About his alcohol abuse:

He drank too much, he indicated. He could even drink vodka better than the average Russian, but he is happily sober for six months now. He has replaced alcohol with juices and water and claims to have the cleanest urine of anyone in Los Angeles.

About the public split with Angie:

Their biggest concern was their children. The media always gives a different spin to stories because that often sells better, and the idea that those stories would reach their children was what he struggled with the most during the break. But the reasons for that break, even though there are plenty of speculations, he still keeps to himself.

About the divorce:

’When I was under the supervision of child protection, my hands were tied. But we are now both working together to sort everything out. We are both doing our best.’ He also goes on to say that they both do not believe that you can blame just one of the two for the situation. ’It often becomes a matter of who is right and who is wrong. Then you are only focused on painting each other in the worst possible light.’ And the two refuse to do that because it is already bad enough that their family has fallen apart.
