Chökoloco
Exactly a week ago, I had a hard time for the first time during my week in Barcelona. There was choice stress at play. After some hesitation, I managed to get through the swimsuit-or-bikini-and-beach-vs.-the-city crisis, but during my showcase moment at Chök the chocolate kitchen, it went wrong. This was a different kind of struggle than planning. Well, struggle, struggle... Better said: donut. Because that was the only thing I saw: donuts. Okay, and truffles, chocolate bars, cookies, chocochips, doughnuts, krönuts, and chökanias, all topped with an extra layer of white chocolate, Oreo twist, or strawberry topping.
