Double celebration with Magnum

Once Nina Simone sang: ‘Summertime, and the livin’ is easy’. And it really is. I've been living in a summer state of mind all week. Finally nice weather in the country for more than one day. Here speaks a happy person. Minus the fact that I have quite a bit of clothing stress, because everything I thought was cool last summer I now find just medium. But hey, #firstworldproblems and so on.

What also standardly belongs to nice weather for me (okay okay, secretly just all year round), is ice cream. Ice cream in abundance, to be more exact, and our friends from Magnum know how to handle that. They not only organize the coolest parties (I mean a pajama party at the Conservatorium Hotel: heaven), a collaboration with Jeremy Scott and Cara Delevingne for which May traveled to Cannes; their ice cream is just heaven on a stick. And nowadays also in a little carton. But back to that heaven on a stick: there are new Magnum Doubles! I mention a Magnum Double Coconut, a Double Raspberry, and a Double Peanut Butter.

Our fit girl Simoon is a diehard for team coconut. Everything with coconut can always go straight to Simone, so her choice was quickly made. Then we have our Lil. Nowadays she has a weakness for the color pink and thus also for pink raspberry ice cream covered in chocolate. Me? Just give me the Double Peanut Butter with that famous crunchy chocolate layer. I just told you: heaven on a stick. And as the chef of team snack, you shouldn't be surprised if I possibly grab a second pack. If the weather is nice, one is just way too little? I mean, am I right or am I right? Ooh, and I certainly can't forget Kiek, but she's still in the doubt zone, because she can't make a choice between the three. You know what Kiek, just grab one of each flavor. Why make it difficult when it can be easy? I'll join you.
