Just a Kevin Spacey update…

Or yes, actually a House of Cards update, because the allegations of sexual harassment keep coming in. Last week it was announced that House of Cards would end after season 6 and this week an official statement was also released on behalf of Netflix that they will no longer work with Kevin Spacey. ‘Netflix will not be involved with any further production of ‘House of Cards’ that includes Kevin Spacey. We will continue to work with MRC [Media Rights Capital studio] during this hiatus time to evaluate our path forward as it relates to the show.’

Anyway, how do you end a series without a main character? Rumor has it that there is currently a script being worked on in which Frank Underwood dies and it all ultimately revolves around the character of Robin Wright. In total, about 300 people are working on the production and Netflix does not want the rest of the staff to suffer from Spacey's actions. How he dies in the series is still unknown, and for everyone who is going to end up in some kind of black hole once it's over: good news. There is also a spin-off of the series being worked on (without Spacey of course) that will likely be just as binge-worthy. Or else here some tips in case you’re not sure what to watch next.
