By now you know what is standard in my makeup bag and that most of it comes from my friends at MAC Cosmetics. Those products are sacred to me. I won't leave the house without a dab of Face and Body and I cover up a lack of sleep with a swipe of concealer. A line above the eyes and a curl in my lashes and I’m ready to go. Still, I also like to step outside my comfort zone sometimes. Last week I plopped down in the chairs at my friends' place to have the latest makeup trends of the season transformed on my face. The Fashion Week looks translated into everyday makeup.

Strobe Cream – Gold
One of the most popular skincare products is the MAC Strobe Cream, which is mainly known as a liquid highlighter. You apply it under your foundation for an insane glow, but you can also use it very well over your foundation to let a little extra light fall on certain areas of your face.
Over the Strobe Cream sits this ultra-light foundation. The foundation is so thin and light in texture that it almost feels like you have nothing on your face. Ideal for summer when your freckles come out again. You shouldn't hide those, you understand that, right?
Studio QuickTrik Stick Radiance – Shadow Diane Kendal
This multifunctional stick should not be missing from your makeup bag this season. Highlight, contour, and bronze in one. There you go, just pop it in your bag to touch up your look on the go.
Blush – Warm Soul

The focus is on the eyes here. When I saw the color, I almost spat my tea out. Oof, getting used to it. But combined with my cheerful floral blouse and the sunshine outside, I was pleasantly surprised with the end result.
Crystal Glaze Gloss – Love Your Body
New glosses for the lips in a jar. I always subtly turn away when someone wants to put color on my lips because I’ve created a sort of allergy to anything sticky. These new colors from MAC change that. They don’t stick, smell wonderful, and seeing the colors gives you instant spring vibes. I’m a fan.
My makeup bag is spring-proof again and I’m going out with some color on my eyes.
