It could very well be the reason I moved to this cozy neighborhood. The guys from Sushi House roll the tastiest rolls of Amsterdam while you wait. Stuck to the couch? From twenty-five euros, your sushi is delivered to your doorstep. You can already add the Alaska roll, the spider handroll, and the Alaska inside out roll to your list.

Thai Ichi
In one of the nicest little streets of my Maastricht lies this sushi heaven. Every Wednesday you can eat your freshly rolled sushi here for a bargain price. Unfortunately, they don’t deliver at Thai Ichi, but it’s worth the walk.

Maneki
Octopus with caviar and spicy sauce surrounded by sesame and seaweed powder. Need I say more? The sushi from Maneki is just how it should be. Fresher than fresh and perfectly seasoned. And your rolls are delivered until 10 PM, how nice is that?

The Sushi Girls
You’re going here just for the name, right? I can’t promise you that your sushi will actually be delivered by a cute sushi girl, but I can promise you that the Japanese snack is the best in town. Not only the fish lover is in the right place here; the Sweet Potato roll is so ridiculously delicious that you hardly want anything else between your chopsticks.

If you still have some energy in your body to put on your shoes and walk out the door, then this location is more than worth a visit. In a beautifully large characteristic building, you feel surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of a Japanese greenhouse. Every dish is a true work of art and a feast for the eyes. Not enough sushi alone? Then join for a true teppanyaki experience.

Sin Jah
You’ve been looking forward to a plate of finger food all day but your love craves a plastic container of nasi goreng with babi ketjap. That doesn’t have to be a problem at Sin Jah, because here you get it all. And let’s be honest: secretly you also want a portion of fried banana after you’ve devoured that platter.
