THE WORLD AROUND TO CHILL IN LUXURY MILLIONAIRE VILLAS
(This is the absolute best job in the world)
Stop what you are doing. Drop everything and be amazed just like I am about the BEST job opening you will ever come across in your life. I'm not exaggerating.
I just got tagged in a post on Facebook. “Look, maybe this is something for you?” I open the post and see the headline: ‘World Job: try out hyper-luxury millionaire villas with a fat salary’. Of course, I click further. All luxury lovers who are crazy about traveling and looking for a new challenge; I have good news for you. News that will make you spin. The high-end vacation platform Thirdhome (a kind of Airbnb, but for millionaires) is looking for a ‘villa tester’. Someone who hops back and forth between the most luxurious vacation homes of millionaires and then writes a review about it. And then gets paid handsomely for it too, right. MY GOD, we are talking about 10,000 bucks a month.
‘And the good news? You can still apply for one more day’
Of course, I immediately checked the website of Thirdhome. To see that sailing yachts, sick huge penthouses, beach houses, and private islands all belong to the regular offer. And what might be even worse: all those houses are empty!
Because duh, the richest people in the world obviously don’t have the time to chill on the Maldives all year round. Nah, that villa is just gathering dust. And that cool loft in Paris is actually doing the same. Look, that’s where Thirdhome comes into the picture. You put your house up for ‘renting’ and other rich people can temporarily rent it. The biggest difference with Airbnb is that you can only rent a millionaire crib if you also make a grande villa available for someone else.
What the company is looking for? A travel enthusiast with a sharp pen, an international passport, no pets (ah crap, saying goodbye to my cats will never work) and you must be willing to travel continuously for three months. And oh, experience with social media and blogging is also a plus, because everything needs to be nicely documented in travel reports, vlogs, and Instagram pics. The American company is flooded with applications (already 4000 so far, I get it, I get it) and the good news? You can still apply for one more day by here clicking. So I would say: my friends, do something crazy and seize your chance. And call me if you get it, deal? I’ll come chill for a week.
