We might just have the most beautiful editorial team in the city, sometimes it does you good to plan a brainstorm in a completely different setting. Yes ladies, Amayzine has a lot of exciting things coming up, but my lips are sealed. You will all experience it, and I can guarantee you: it’s going to be fun.

Plan of attack? On the bike towards the W, because if you want an extra dose of inspiration, you do that somewhere where even the restrooms are completely Instagram-worthy Oh yes, and where they serve the best brownies. A tip from me, always sit near the office fittie, you’ll get a double portion.

So the W. Ideal for a brainstorm, but actually, you can easily spend a whole day there. What such a day looks like? Well, like this:

10:00 AM Round X BANK

Start your day with a hefty dose of inspiration from Dutch soil at X BANK. Here you’ll find a combination of art, fashion, and design that you can admire and buy.

12:00 PM Lunch at MR PORTER

Lunch with a view, that’s what you do at this fine dining steakhouse. And make sure to order the Tunisian tuna tartare for lunch. You won’t regret it.

3:00 PM The AWAY spa

Do you have some time? Because hallelujah, the spa at the W. You could easily spend a whole day just here. Facials, massages, manicure, pedicure… A few hours here and you’ll feel reborn.

7:30 PM Dinner at THE DUCHESS

Oh, just the thought of the Chocolate Explosion dessert makes me drool spontaneously. Actually, there’s a bit of everything you can find on the menu at THE DUCHESS. Definitely also a recommendation for a romantic date night with your boy.

10:00 PM Cocktails and bubbles at the W Lounge

And back to the other side, because of course, you end your evening with a cocktail and a fantastic view over Amsterdam.
