Netflixing makes you slim

Morning, girlfriends, or good afternoon by now. If you’re still turning over for the tenth time and doubting whether or not to put on those running shoes , (because welcome back, Siberian cold), then I hereby free you from the misery. Wonderful news for all the lazy ones among us who have quite a bit of trouble with the road to a toned body. A study from the University of Westminster has shown that watching horror films can burn calories equivalent to the burning from a light jog walk of 30 minutes. Hoppa.

And as if that’s not enough good news; a study at Coventry University has also shown that watching a scary movie can significantly increase the circulating amount of white blood cells that fight diseases, viruses, and infections in our body. But your health also benefits from it, because after a scary experience, people feel happier and less frustrated.

So girlfriend, put on your comfy clothes, order your favorite treat, and flop on the couch. Losing weight has never been so pleasant. To save you the necessary research, I’ll also give you a list. You just have to dig into the old box for this, as they work best.
