The tip for a hangover

At the beginning of January, the plan for body-in-optimal-health comes into effect. It has nothing to do with New Year's resolutions, by the way, but with the party that is marked in big letters, color, and glitter on the agenda. Carnival. Now they do it a little differently in Bergen op Zoom, so they start four weeks in advance. Do you get it? It is essential that I make it to the end without getting the flu.
The jars of vitamin pills fill my kitchen drawer, magnesium, ginseng, herbal remedies, a lot of greens, and I exercise. Necessity knows no law. So far, the preparation is going well. But sometimes you hit it just a bit harder, and that results in hangovers. They vary from medium light to lead-heavy, depending a bit on whether you accidentally smoked with it. I had never heard of it before, but I am open to good things. A mysterious little bag from the Etos assortment, it is called O.R.S. Everyone seems to know it, Simone gave it as a tip, but I had no idea and I am going to test it. More later. Keep you posted during the hangover, bye.
