super quick pan lasagna

My ultimate favorite dish? Homemade lasagna. Preferably with a sauce that has been simmering on the stove for hours so that it is rich and full of flavor. And let's not forget fresh lasagna sheets. Unfortunately, it's a time-consuming task, which is why I usually only serve this delight on the weekends. So I came up with something for that. This super quick pan lasagna is almost as delicious as a regular variant, only it saves you a lot less time and effort to make it. You want this. Run to the store and don't forget to grab a nice bottle of red to go with it.

Quick lasagna from the pan (2-3 people)

  • 10 dried lasagna sheets
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 200 grams of ground beef
  • 2 cans of peeled tomatoes
  • splash of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • ricotta
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. First, sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic.
  2. Cut the bell pepper into pieces and add that as well.
  3. After ten minutes, add the ground beef, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Add the peeled tomatoes, balsamic vinegar with pepper and salt to the meat mixture and let it simmer over medium heat.
  5. Break the lasagna sheets into pieces and add them to the tomato sauce. Bring the mixture back to a boil and let the pasta cook in the sauce for twenty minutes. Do this without a lid on the pan, as this ensures that the sauce thickens.
  6. Grate plenty of Parmesan cheese (because it's delicious) and stir it into the pan lasagna.
  7. Spoon ricotta over the lasagna and garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately.
