super quick pan lasagna
My ultimate favorite dish? Homemade lasagna. Preferably with a sauce that has been simmering on the stove for hours so that it is rich and full of flavor. And let's not forget fresh lasagna sheets. Unfortunately, it's a time-consuming task, which is why I usually only serve this delight on the weekends. So I came up with something for that. This super quick pan lasagna is almost as delicious as a regular variant, only it saves you a lot less time and effort to make it. You want this. Run to the store and don't forget to grab a nice bottle of red to go with it.
Quick lasagna from the pan (2-3 people)
- 10 dried lasagna sheets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 200 grams of ground beef
- 2 cans of peeled tomatoes
- splash of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 handful of fresh basil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper
- ricotta
- Parmesan cheese
- Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic. First, sauté the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic.
- Cut the bell pepper into pieces and add that as well.
- After ten minutes, add the ground beef, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the peeled tomatoes, balsamic vinegar with pepper and salt to the meat mixture and let it simmer over medium heat.
- Break the lasagna sheets into pieces and add them to the tomato sauce. Bring the mixture back to a boil and let the pasta cook in the sauce for twenty minutes. Do this without a lid on the pan, as this ensures that the sauce thickens.
- Grate plenty of Parmesan cheese (because it's delicious) and stir it into the pan lasagna.
- Spoon ricotta over the lasagna and garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately.
