The keuken is for me a big playground and I find it anything but a punishment to stir in the pots and pans after work. Unfortunately, this is not the case for everyone. Not a problem, because you can also put a healthy and tasty meal on the table very quickly. No desire and time to spend hours in the kitchen but still in the mood for something delicious? This super quick lasagna is insanely delicious and is in your oven within 15 minutes. While you prepare your breakfast for tomorrow, start a laundry, and set the table, the oven does its work. Enjoy your meal.

The fastest lasagna ever

  • 1 aubergine.
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 pack of passata
  • 8 fresh lasagna sheets
  • 400 grams of cottage cheese or ricotta
  • 1 ball of buffalo mozzarella, torn into pieces
  • grated parmesan
  • basil
  • dried oregano or Italian herbs
  • salt and pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

2. Grate the parmesan and mix it with the cottage cheese or ricotta.

3. Cut the vegetables into thin slices and sprinkle them with pepper and salt.

4. Boil the lasagna sheets briefly in salted water.

5. Take a large baking dish and grease it with some olive oil.

6. Spread some passata over the bottom.

7. Then place the eggplant over the sauce, followed by a layer of cottage cheese, basil, oregano, tomato, zucchini, and then start again from the front.

8. Finish with the mozzarella and the oregano and bake the lasagna for 30 minutes until cooked.
