Never again a bloated stomach thanks to this book

There is news on the bookshelf. Only five centimeters needed to be filled before new holes had to be drilled in the wall again. And there it was: a brand new copy of the Hemsley sisters, one of my favorites in the cookbook category. I bought my very first copy when I lived in London. I had a lot of time and spent most of it with the sisters in the kitchen. Okay, with the sisters‘ writing then. Meanwhile, four copies are proudly displayed on my wall. In the meantime, the Hemsley sisters have each gone their own way. Melissa has taken a slightly more general path and recently released her ’Eat Happy: 30-Minute Feelgood Food‘ book, a book for anyone who wants to put something healthy and delicious on the table in a short time. Sister Jasmine, on the other hand, comes with surprising Ayurvedic dishes in her latest book ’East by West' for anyone who wants to give both body and mind a healthy boost. Ayurveda has enriched Hemsley's life, and she wants to share her insights with everyone who chooses a holistic lifestyle and people who suffer from physical aches and pains and can't see the forest for the trees. People like me, who occasionally have a bloated stomach after eating but can't quite pinpoint where it comes from. Ayurveda simply tries to balance the influence of certain things. For example, if you want cheese but bloat like a balloon from it, add black pepper. I'm already sharing a little recipe with you, that's just how I am. And I can only say one thing: the Hemsley sisters are what you want on your shelf. And on your plate, of course.
