This is how Kim Kardashian actually wanted to name her daughter Chicago
Kim regrets very few things in her life, but she does regret her child's name. She didn't want to name her daughter Chicago, who is now eight months old, Chicago at all.
Kanye grew up with his mother in Chicago and therefore has always had a special bond with the city. According to Kim, Chicago is the city ‘where he became who he is now’. But Kim doesn't see it that way. Kanye's family actually wanted to name her daughter, who was born in January this year, Miracle or Precious. Kim found that too tacky.
Kim had Jo in her mind. She would name her after her grandmother, who is named Mary-Jo. She has always played an important role in her extravagant life.
She finds it especially nice because her third child would then have a name that also consists of one syllable, just like North and Saint. The other contender for Kim was Grace. But in the end, it really became Chicago. She often calls her daughter Chi now because she finds that just a bit cuter. But she is not happy with it... Quite a bit sad for her youngest. Hopefully, she is happy with it herself.
