The Backstreet Boys have a new single
And no, it's not 1999
That I had to check the new one from the Backstreet Boys for a moment. A new single from the BSB, guys? Is it 1999 again? Oh no, Kevin has long hair, Brian is old; not really.
YouTube reported that the single from the Backstreet Boys was streamed like crazy. In the year 2018, yes. That means they can't really go on as boys anymore, but so be it. I think it's nice that they are back. Nick, Brian, AJ, Howie, and Kevin, they're just back. About twenty-five years older, so the light is dimmed here and there in the clip and the fade is incredibly popular with a close-up, but musically they still sound just like a nice boy band.
The dances feel a bit embarrassing, a little swaying on a bar stool would have been fine too, boys, but further? Nice. ‘Don't Go Breaking My Heart’ is the name. It wouldn't surprise Radio 538 if it's the first Top 40 hit in thirteen years, because the track has already been streamed millions of times in a few days. Not us either.
