Meghan's diet

Two days ago I wrote about the sports regime of our Meghan, her diet should of course also be mentioned. Because with just exercising, you can't manage. There also has to be – not -eating. That slender body of Meghan certainly doesn't come from munching on donuts and slurping hamburgers. slurpen.

1. Red wine

Let's start with the good news: the woman drinks wine. Riod, of course. Her favorites are Malbec, Cabernet, and Pinot Noir.

2. Vegan on weekdays

From Monday to Friday, Meghan tries to eat vegan. Good for the environment, but also for the body. On weekends, she does indulge in a nice piece of meat.

3. Cooking for herself

Meghan cooks for herself and preferably reuses her cooking skills. For example, she makes homemade pesto that she can keep for the whole week and use everywhere (unlike Queen Elizabeth, Meghan loves pasta) or a yellow curry that she uses over cauliflower with chickpeas.

4. Drink, drink, drink

And this time not red wine, but water. Good for skin, digestion, and overall well-being. Her favorite? A glass of Pellegrino with a slice of lime.

5. Invest in healthy things

Meghan is a fan of good products. acai berries, almond milk, green juices, and very expensive honey.

6. Avoiding McDonald's

You won't find Meghan there anytime soon.

7. Juice for Harry

Harry wasn't always known for his healthy lifestyle, but she has completely talked him into the healthy camp. Before the wedding, they got fit by regularly drinking fruit and vegetable juices. Freshly squeezed, that is.

8. Bring on the carbs

So Meghan does eat pasta and fries. If you don't, you'll end up binge eating, according to Meghan.

A diet that we can definitely work with, seems good to me. Shall we start tomorrow?
