The sports regime of Meghan Markle
Now that Meghan is officially Princess Harry of Whales (can all feminists take action to prevent this appointment from now on?), she will no longer be allowed to talk about how she got her body in this shape. But there was a time before the skin-colored tights, the legs that always have to be crossed, and walking two meters behind your husband. And in that free era, Meghan sometimes gave interviews to this or that person where she talked about her workouts. Luckily. We can imitate it to get arms just like hers. And the rest.
1. Running
That's Meghan's way of clearing her head and keeping her body tight. She ran during the filming of Suits, but she also seems to have jogged through Kensington Gardens. By the way, Meghan also uses the working out together principle. During her Suits time, she preferred to run with her friend Heather.
2. Short Tracy Anderson workouts
Ideal for when you have little time. Between the filming of Suits, Meghan would go into her trailer and ‘cut’ the workouts from Tracy Anderson into sessions of 15 minutes. Do that a few times a day and you still gather a whole workout together.
3. Yoga 3.0
Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, was a yoga teacher, so Meghan's love for yoga was pretty much instilled in her along with the Olvarit jar. She loves warm Bikram yoga, but also enjoys the hip-hop yoga variant in a dark room lit by candles.
4. The torture machine
Or rather: the Megaformer that some Pilates studios use. Madonna is also a fervent supporter. The machine maneuvers you into positions you couldn't have imagined yourself and offers extra resistance.
5. Her best tip
Surround yourself with people who also have a healthy lifestyle. Now Harry didn't necessarily have that; Meghan has adjusted his eating habits. What do they eat? More on that tomorrow. Hint: red wine is involved...
