The secret to achieving a Big O faster
It's fair to say: ejaculation remains a little thing for many women. As in: it just doesn't work. The figures don't lie. Three quarters of women have struggles with ejaculation, with a quarter of them regularly or always. But don't worry, you don't have to faking or give up. Where there is a will, there is a way. A new scientific discovery has been made and Lotte Lust tells you how it works.
Mind is blown
Did you think an orgasm was a vagina thing? Nope - an orgasm all takes place in the brain. If you struggle with your happy ending, the advice is often to turn your head off during sexytime and not think about anything. But none of that is true at all...
Sex therapist and neuroscientist Nan Wise examined the brains of several women as they climaxed. Her research showed that brain activity increases massively during stimulation. “When we say the brain is your biggest sex organ, we are not kidding,” she says.”
It also found that just thinking about penetration causes massive brain activity similar to when you have an orgasm. “It's a great ability for us to generate pleasure with imagination,” Wise said.
With no hands
So could you also think yourself to orgasm? Yes indeed! In our previous article we already talked about it briefly: mental orgasms. Now, climaxing ‘with no hands’ is very difficult, but you can also use the mind tricks during a game of horizontal tango.
So that means you get to let your imagination run wild a lot more between the sheets. Breathing also plays an important role here, read how it works here.
