Why we all think Corry Konings is a boss in Expeditie Robinson
Expedition viewers, you know exactly what I'm talking about. We all love King Corry. Because Corry is GangGang. With that golden blonde ponytail, the glasses, and that no-nonsense, get-things-done mentality. Everyone agrees: Corry in experienced Expedition Robinson was a brilliant move. Where does our love for the queen of the life song come from? Five explanations.
Corry is the oldest participant to ever take part in Robinson
67 years old and frolicking around that island so cheerfully. You can only have respect for that. How proud must her children be?!
Corry has done her research
Never thought I would say this in my life, but if you DO end up stranded on a deserted island with a folk singer, then Corry is not the worst choice. That woman can tie knots, it's intimidating. ‘Oh come on, just did a survival course.’ #CorryKnopings
Corry doesn't complain
Which seems almost impossible in camp South. But the glass is half full, friends, with Corry it is. We patiently wait for the day when her jungle prison for Josylvio and Aisha is finished.
Thanks to her life experience, Corry has a brilliant tactic
‘Eyes on infinity, mind on zero and I'll see what comes next.’ Honestly, we actually find that much more fun than all those rat conspiracies. Corry will never screw you over. Corry is the Mother Teresa who gives you hope at night when you just don't know anymore.
Corry keeps the atmosphere going
‘I get a veeeery strange feeeling inside. When you look at me, deaaaaar.’ You actually don't want to sing along, and yet you do. It's the King Corry factor. Can’t stop the feeling. Steven knows what I’m talking about.
P.S.: Heart at the bottom when Corry and Steven are the new be Bertie. & Jayjay of this season.
P.P.S.: So. Looking. Forward. To. Tomorrow night. Again.
