You want a car, have no money and yet it works
Really not that I, when I got my driver's license, had three thousand (and now comes an awkward cough) guilders in my account to buy a little car. Fortunately, my parents were kind enough to front my Renault 5 and I paid them back in phases. A kind of leasing avant la lettre, you could say.
With the difference that if you now privately lease Renault a car, you have a sparkling new little vehicle under your behind instead of my dearest second-hand one. And there’s also road tax, insurance, APK and everything you have to think about and pay for as a motorist. The only thing you need to worry your pretty head about is that you refuel on time, now comes another very awkward cough but more about that tomorrow, and put the right fuel in.
Many people think you need to have a small financial buffer before you can sign a private lease contract. That’s not true. At least, not with my friends from Renault. The contract can also be adjusted if you drive more or fewer kilometers than were included in the first contract.
And another good one: someone else can also drive your lease car. So if you’re going to a party tomorrow and really feel like not being the designated driver: no problem. Set your girlfriend to 0.0 and you just take a little nap on the way back while she drives.
Do you know what I also like about it? That you don’t have to deal with the residual value when you want a new car. I was always shocked by the miserable amount that someone thought my car was still worth that I almost found it insulting for my dear little car. You don’t have that problem with Renault Private Lease. At the end of the contract, you return it and choose a sparkling fresh new relationship again. Great, right?.
You drive with Private Lease a Renault Twingo from just €179,- per month. So. What’s stopping you?
