But after the news that came out yesterday that our Gi has already snagged a new flame it seems our friend Zayn isn't wasting any time. No, the poor guy may not have a new project going on (at least not one we know about), but he has made an investment to attract the girls. The English singer recently treated himself to a break-up little gift of a modest 8 million euros. The industrial-looking penthouse, located in downtown Soho, shines with novelty and has not been inhabited since its renovation in 2016. The modest abode consists of two floors and has, in addition to a humongous terrace, several bathrooms and sleeping space for a team of American girls. Zayn isn't wasting any time and is more than ready for his rebound. And if he happens to miss his Dutch girl, he just has to turn the corner...
