According to experts, you can drink three drinks per day

If I'm thirsty, I'm thirsty. And then it's quite difficult to switch to sparkling water after a glass or two.
Recognizable? When the wine goes down smoothly, it just goes down smoothly and then you want four glasses. Or five. Yet according to experts, I should better go home after three glasses, because for women, three glasses of alcohol in one day is about the maximum that is advisable. Better for your body is of course zero glasses, but yes, that's sometimes also so boring. Sometimes ginger tea is fine, sometimes you crave a red wine to doze off nicely.
It turns out we still find it difficult to skip drinks. Just a beer to cool down after exercising, just a glass of wine after a long workday... Certainly three out of four adults in our country are moderate drinkers, which amounts to an average of one glass per day. That's not great, but also not a disaster, according to the figures. Up to five glasses of alcohol per week, there is hardly any damage to your brain, according to scientists. But if you drink more, you need to be careful.
By the way, we are a fairly tame country. In countries like the United States, Canada, and Sweden, the advice is a maximum of fourteen glasses per week. So two on average per day. In Spain and Romania, that's even twenty glasses. Wow. So if you're still booking a vacation... You know where to go if you're very thirsty.
Well, if you want to stay a bit of a pleasant and fit person, do pay a little attention. And count, therefore. After three, hop, off to bed. And avoid Romania and the Costa del Sol. Now we know that too. And this way you enjoy that one good glass of Chardo, right? And that second one. Because that's still allowed.
