Aperol Spritz ice pops

Aperol Spritz is already the winner of summer drinks. Nice in your glass and wonderfully refreshing on the terrace. And for exactly those two reasons, we started experimenting with the end result being Aperol Spritz ice pops. Sparkling water, orange juice, Aperol Spritz, and prosecco in the mix, into the freezer and voilà, you have the best ice pop ever. Curious how to whip those up? I'll show you.

Ingredients for five Aperol ice pops:

• 50 ml sparkling water
• 50 ml orange juice
• 100 ml Aperol Spritz
• 75 ml prosecco
• 5 half slices of orange
