Oh boys, what a hell it is to go from 20 degrees to 2! The cold is literally in my bones, so I dress like some kind of Eskimo when I go outside. And as if that wasn't bad enough, I have the worst jetlag of my life. How come? Very simple: because of a little creature about 80 centimeters long that has been haunting me non-stop for two nights. And I actually find that the saddest part. Let's pray that Otis’ jetlag is at least over the fastest, then I can hold on to mine for a while...

Now I have really let myself go in LA and treated myself to ice cream, donuts, chocolate chip cookies, and many more delicious sweets every day, so it's time to tighten that belt a bit and start 2019 a bit healthier. A little sugar-free, exercise twice a week, and eat healthy. I am a huge fan of the cleanses from JuiceBrothers, to reset your body for a bit. It's quite a withdrawal from being with the family 24/7 to suddenly sailing your own course again. The schedules are immediately full of appointments again and even the evenings are already filled for the next two weeks. Fortunately with many fun and exciting new things, but it still takes some getting used to that you can't spend the whole day together. I should secretly check when we have a week off in the spring to sneak away for a bit.

Until a few years ago, I didn't really care much about lingerie. Every now and then I scored a bulk of panties at Victoria's Secret and bras from another brand: not really matching sets. But for a few years now, I've been completely into beautiful sets and it wouldn't be a problem if I suddenly found myself in my lingerie somewhere (figuratively speaking).
