Cheers: this drink is the best for your skin

Well then, I haven't had a drop since July 2018 (I'm just adding the year for convenience) so I'm cheating. But I can still vividly remember the weekends full of white and red and everything in between, no worries. God, that first glass on Friday afternoon always tastes wonderful. I think it's the best glass of the week. Or the one on Saturday afternoon around five o'clock, because you have a bit of a headache from Friday, but just because you can, because it's still the weekend. And even though we know perfectly well that all those drinks aren't great for our bodies, a bottle is still so easily ordered. Even on a Wednesday evening, you know. But does it really make us uglier?.
It turns out it matters quite a bit what you drink, whether it's bad for your skin or not. No alcoholic drink is a miracle cure for your looks, but if you're going to start the whole fair, you might as well pour a beer. The darker the drink, like red wine or strong spirits like whiskey, the worse it is for any emerging pimples, inflammations and
other visible misery. Beer is still okay, thanks to the hops in it.. What about white wine? Unfortunately, it's a less successful choice if smooth skin is dear to you. It contains sulfites that can make your skin much redder and feel irritated. The same goes for red wine: not so good if your skin quickly has red spots or if you suffer from an impure chin, jawline, or nose. Vodka, on the other hand, is somewhat better if you don't want red spots on your neck and cheeks. This is because it contains relatively little sugar and salt compared to other drinks. Definitely stick to a somewhat pricey vodka and don't mix it with all sorts of sweetness. And for the real tough ones: tequila also has benefits for your skin. You don't puff up from it, you don't turn red from it, and it doesn't clog your pores either. Winning.
But watch out: don't complain about.
that headache when you wake up with your peachy skin. That's really a whole different story. cheers with wine glasses and friends.
