Internet erupts: new shoes from Jimmy Choo are not what you expect

When you think of Jimmy Choos, you really think of high stilettos and chic leather, right?

Well, the latest designs from the designer are not exactly what you expect. They cost around six hundred euros, and what do you get for that? The ‘Merlin’ model is not favored by most fans. They are described on the site as a ‘cheerful and funky pair, made of fluffy sheep wool in the color of artificial grass. This green ballerina is pragmatic, yet fun.’

They are bright green slip-ons. A sort of upgraded Crocs. No, even worse: a kind of mops on your feet so you can scrub the floor while you walk, that idea. The shoes are therefore all over the internet and the reactions are not to be underestimated. ‘Even if I got them for free,’ it sounds. But oh well, Mr. Choo won’t lose sleep over it, because half of the pairs are already sold out.
