You can roughly divide your professional friends into two groups: the sharers and the takers. For the sake of convenience, I also include the people who may not necessarily take, but who do not consider being honest to be their most important task on earth either. Those colleagues with whom things are always going great. Everything. Sales figures, sales, just great. The other group, and they are considerably smaller, are the Northerners of this world. Those who are prepared to share, to be honest and to help. Who still truly believe that sharing is multiplying. I met Noor six years ago in New York.
