Mays Ibiza addresses

As I recently discovered to my shame that I had never shared my favorites from Rome while I had lived there for god's sake half a year, Adeline pointed out to me that I had never written down my Ibiza favorites. And that while I have been there about 28 times (read our suggestions here)? I'm meanwhile scrolling through the first of the Monate like an addict through Elkes Nieuwsflix, but nothing, zip, nada. Even Netflix is acting suspicious... Quiet then. I want a sequel to my favorite and I want it now. But with a chronic shortage and the absence of rattling conversations, but a travel diary of mine if you want). If you also have an allez-et-retour to Ibiza, you probably know these addresses, but suppose you are going for the first time, then you will surely be very happy with them, because here you write nicely with a capital L.
Destino Tapas -San Josep
Anyway, San Josep is my favorite little place on Ibiza. Nice and small, on the good side of the island, close to the nice beaches, near Eivissa (Ibiza Town). In the small center, you will find Il Destino, really a super nice and good tapas restaurant. A nice bonus if you have children: there is a playground within hopping distance, so you can linger a little longer without the whining of the little ones.

Es Torrent
‘Which fish do you want for lunch?’ Two years ago, I woke up to this message from friends of ours. ‘Uh, no idea, I just woke up, why do you want to know that?‘ was my answer. ‘Because they are going to catch that fish now.’ Ah, okay.
Es Torrent has been my all-time favorite since then. White linen, proud waiters, fresh fish, and the most divine little potatoes with at the same time that relaxed barefoot luxury feeling that Ibiza is so good at. Before you know it, you have polished off three bottles of wine and it's already snack time. Here too, it's okay to hang out with kids, who climb on the rocks and play in the sand and in the sea.

Los Enamorados Ibiza
If LINDA. is your favorite magazine, you must come here. Even if it's just as a kind of pilgrimage to the woman who created the magazine: Rozemarijn de Witte. For me, one of the bigger examples of life in many ways, but definitely the woman with the most unique taste I know. The hotel is located in the north of Ibiza by a little bay as you would draw it (with pedal boats and inflatable animals). Go have lunch from the dishes that Rozemarijn herself shipped from Japan or who knows where, and definitely take a look in her shop where she also collects trophies from all over the world.

La Paloma – Ibiza
During the day, Lebanese food is cooked (the hummus is delicious) and in the evening Italian. La Paloma is an old finca in the middle of the island, the tables are in the garden and if you have wedding jitters, you want to do that here. Think: mixed dishes, lights in trees, flowers, and corners. Ah, it's so nice.

Vino & Co
Not a restaurant, but a wine shop. And not just any, but one from the brother of wine journalist Harold Hamersma. So just assume that you will find the best advice and the finest wines here. Ideal if you rent a house and want to enjoy drinks by your pool. Conveniently located on the route from Ibiza Town to San Josep with plenty of parking space in front, so load up.
Ses Boques
Very simple, but with such delicious food. It is a little restaurant in a small bay that you can really only reach with a sturdy four-wheel drive and excellent hill-climbing qualities. Once you are there, the trip down was more than worth it, although you never want to go back. A bit because of the road up, but mainly because of the food.
Have a nice holiday!
