Netflix pulls the purse strings for Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot

We now know that the budgets of our favorite streamer are not meager, but now Netflix is making a movie that might just make the bank account shrink a little. Universal backed out of making the film, but Netflix is not afraid and is spending a not-so-small 130 million dollars. Mammaaaa mia.

Red Notice will be the most expensive production ever for the streaming service, but that is to be expected with the star-studded cast. In Red Notice, an Interpol agent is on the hunt for the world's most wanted art thief. I can definitely see Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson as the good cop, then we'll make Gal Gadot the international art thief and Ryan Reynolds her accomplice. Gal and Dwayne have appeared together in films before; they really shone in Fast & Furious 6 (I am the woman who has seriously seen all the films in that series). And we already love Ryan Reynolds. I am looking forward to 2020, thanks to Netflix.
