Ooh la la: on Sundays we are the most excited (and not on Fridays)

A whole gei… good morning. Sit down comfortably, because I want to talk to you about our sexual habits. Correction, about our need for those sexual habits. Because you would think that most couples, one night stands, booty calls and flings are especially nice in the late hours of the night, but that is not the right time at all. And if you're not an early bird or suffer from a morning mood, then I might have the perfect remedy for you.

The favorite time of two thousand respondents for some fun between the sheets is Sunday at nine o'clock in the morning. Now, I personally suffer from a nice kind of insomnia so I'm usually awake then, but whether I really feel like scrolling through my phone list for a candidate? Nah. Maybe it's different if you wake up next to someone anyway, although I still find it a bit early, you know. Not to mention the hangovers that appear on the weekends. But hey, a good sex partner seems to be the miracle cure for headaches. Anyway, horny Sundays are a thing. Of the two thousand respondents, no less than 24 percent voted for this morning to get it on. The arguments varied from ‘this way you can tackle Monday better’ to ‘getting the most out of your weekend’. Both are watertight arguments, to be fair.

It probably doesn't surprise you that in last place is Monday afternoon, at a quarter to five to be precise. No idea how they come up with those specific times, but I guess this unpopular time has something to do with the fact that most people are just working. Although a shorter workday (to keep your sex life healthy and active) would be quite welcome. Maybe a suggestion for your suggestion box at work. However, the last place was shared by a surprisingly day (and time), namely Friday evening at half past ten. I would think: YAY, weekend, let’s get it on, but not so. Could this have to do with the fact that the Friday afternoon drinks just start too early and you find your left eye in your right pocket by half past ten? Or is that my alcohol brain, which sees this as a logical explanation? Anyway, Friday evening is a no-go for many people.
