Josip Jelačić Square
This is the most beautiful square in the center of Zagreb, especially known in December for its gigantic Christmas tree and fountain, including an amazing light show. There is an open-air stage and a heated covered greenhouse where you can hang out every day with live Christmas music in the background.

European Square
This is especially a favorite spot for younger locals where you find the cutest souvenir and Christmas decoration market, can eat and drink super deliciously, and where the coziest events are planned every evening.

Zrinjevac Park
One of the most beautiful places in Zagreb is Zrinjevac Park with the most beautiful plants and endless trees decorated with lights.
