The Netherlands has its own Christmas song for charity

It feels a bit like Band Aid meets celebrities meets Christmas and I don't know about you, but that can make me intensely happy. Chantal Janzen launches a Christmas song together with thirty other famous faces. It might sound vaguely familiar if you still linger in the Sesame Street era. It’s called ‘I am a Christmas ball’ and they do it for the benefit of the Princess Máxima Center, where the proceeds go.
Marco Borsato, Xander de Buisonjé, Youp (!), Roxeanne Hazes, Gordon, Claudia de Breij, Gerard Joling, Nienke Plas, Alain Clark, Simone Kleinsma, Thomas Acda, Alex Klaasen, Dee, Gers Pardoel, Samya Hafsaoui, our very own Willeke, Danny de Munk, d’n Dries and more and more and more and more and of course Chantal Janzen herself. That this song is for the Princess Máxima Center is not a surprise, of course, because Chantal has been an ambassador since this year. She also organized her Pyjama Party, worked as a pyjama designer with Hema, and now the I am a Christmas ball song and a limited edition I am a Christmas ball sweater. I didn't know what I was going to wear to our Christmas party, until now. Chantal's message is that we can definitely take an extra step for someone else in December. Amen.
You shop the sweater in Chantal's shop yourself and in the meantime listen to ‘I am a Christmas ball’ for a moment.
