These are the home workouts you want to try

It's dark, cold, drizzling, my bike has a wet saddle and the gym is a fifteen-minute bike ride away. Through the window, I see a frozen street and the last bit of energy evaporates from my body, and all I want is to cling to the couch. But I also want two tight buttocks, if possible. So roll out your yoga mat because for these home workouts, you don't have to leave the house. Literally and figuratively, you know?
DISQ
They swear by it here at the editorial office. Never heard of Disq? Go check out the Instagram account of Wendy van Dijk. She is an ambassador and honestly: it's contagious. By putting on the Disq, you turn your body into a kind of puppet. Just ten minutes of pulling the strings every day is enough. It costs €60 per month including the personal training videos.
Sylvie Meis
Sylvie launched the sports app ‘Heiss mit Meis’ at the beginning of January. Catchy title. It's there to reach your inner Sylvie, which simply means a tight and sexy body. There's a price tag attached to that as well. A year of working out with Sylvie will cost you €200. Or you can start with four months for €90. Whatever you want.
Kayla Itsines
There are two people who give me next-level muscle soreness: Tim, my personal trainer, and Kayla Itsines. The kind of muscle soreness that still echoes through your hamstring after three days. For €100 a year, Kayla gives you exercises that you have to perform as many times as possible in seven minutes. You do that circuit four times, so you'll be jumping jacks for 28 minutes. You'll feel that. And see it. For just €8.30 a month. You can't get that at a gym.
The Body Coach
I already wrote a piece about that once. Because Joe, you want to keep watching him for a very long time. And he is the only one on my list who can be admired for free. Don't forget to join in, okay?
Basic-Fit
COME ON COME ON COME ON NOW. Basic-Fit was one of the first gyms to start with virtual group classes. Meanwhile, one in ten Dutch people owns such an orange sports pass. But you don't even have to go to the gym anymore, because with the Basic-Fit Pro Coach, you can work out at home for €4.99 a month.
Curtains closed, door locked, just a little workout and Netflix.
